Our Story Continues....
Well all...it's been almost 6 months since we first opened our doors and the experiance has been AMAZING! The support from this community is overwhelming and humbling. I always loved to cook, and to share my "creations" with friends and family. These days I get to cook for lots of new friends...and some folks that have become like family to me. Your words of support, encouragement and constructive criticism are all greatly appreciated. I can't wait to see what the next 6 months brings!
I would also like to take a moment to introduce a new item on our menu, (and one not on the menu). If you haven't yet, come in and try the Kebe. I don't think you will regret this. Kebe is a Middle Eastern dish that is best described as a couscous ball stuffed with minced onion and ground beef, that is then lightly fried. I have also been playing around with a Shrimp and Flounder dish that is served over a Crepe with a light Creme Sauce. I'd really like to know your feedback on this particular dish. Should I add it to the regular menu?
Finally, as the weather continues to improve, why not come sit on our patio and enjoy some wine and dessert? Our wine selection has grown over the past couple of months, and I continue to search for new wines that you might enjoy. I hope to have some Moroccan wines available before too long. I'll definitely make an announcement here & on our FaceBook page, once I have those wines in stock.
